What it is

A private, witty, always-on assistant that lives directly in WhatsApp.

It remembers context and personal facts, sets natural-language reminders, tracks expenses from receipt photos, ghostwrites and schedules LinkedIn posts, understands voice notes in English, Hindi and Hinglish, and replies with synthesized audio.

Honey runs serverless on free-tier infrastructure: Cloudflare Workers, a Cloudflare D1 database and a multi-provider AI cascade, so it stays on without a bill.

How it works

A message arrives
WhatsApp passes it to the Meta Cloud API, then to a Cloudflare Worker running at the edge.

The cascade answers
Workers AI (Llama 3) first, then Groq, then Gemini 2.5 Flash if there is a rate limit or slowdown.

Memory and routines
Context lives in a D1 vector database. A minutely cron engine runs the scheduled routines.

What Honey does

Voice notes and audio

Speak in English, Hindi or Hinglish. Honey works out the intent and replies with text plus a voice note.

Receipt and PDF OCR

Snap a rupee bill to log a categorized expense. PDFs are digested and their due dates scheduled automatically.

Semantic recall

Search notes, facts and journals by meaning, using vector embeddings instead of exact keywords.

LinkedIn post factory

Turns a quick voice brain-dump into five ghostwritten posts in your style, scheduled for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings.
